I wish they all could see,
what my eyes can see.
See the world at peace,
see life at an easy pace,
see the love I wish we had.

The world has gone so cold,
with too much talk of sex,
with too much greed over money,
with too much unhappiness,
and too many cold hearts.

I wish they all could see,
what my eyes can see.
See a better person inside,
see a happier life to hold,
see a life full of intelligence.

Doesn't anyone see what I see?
One of the very few who can see?
It seems that life has become of power.
One has to be stronger than the other,
one has to be the richest of them all,
and one has to be so cold hearted...
only to live the most unpleasant life.
